Event Description
There is so much to see and experience in nature! Art is a wonderful way to slow down, observe more closely, and connect to the natural world. Join artist and naturalist Janet Moore for this class to learn the basic techniques for capturing your experiences while you explore Sugarloaf Cove Nature Center. Materials are provided for use during the class, along with the inspiration, instruction, and guidance you need to to begin your own illustrated nature sketchbook. Class will be a combination of outdoor observations and sketching, and indoor demonstrations and work time, weather depending. All artistic experience levels are welcome, especially beginners and those who want to reconnect with their creativity!
