Art Entry Points: Drawing Along Lake Superior

A focused yet informal outdoor drawing sessions that are open to all skill levels. Participants will be invited to use their senses to inform their drawing and Teresa Cox will give guidance through several techniques and preliminary exercises that employ looking, feeling and drawing. The goal of the workshop includes broadening participants’ understandings of drawing while incorporating sensory information and to ultimately apply this experience to their own creative work. Registration includes the use of a drawing kit that includes a 9 x 12-inch drawing board with bull clip, #2/3 drawing pencils, pens, drawing paper, and eraser.
