Split Rock Lighthouse State Park event: Appreciate the Small Things. Do you ever find it challenging to remember to appreciate the small things in life? Take a walk with naturalist Bryn in the mesmerizing Northwoods to focus on the small things that bring us joy. Have fun wandering through the woods looking for gems hidden along the trunks of trees and rocks- our lichen, moss, and fungi relatives! Fun for families, friends, or a solo trip. Walk will be from the wayside rest to the Split Rock River bridge and back, for a mile walk. Leashed dogs are welcome.

Meet at Split Rock River Wayside Rest trailhead. Located about 3 miles south of the state park entrance. Free parking available at MN DOT Wayside rest parking lot.
