Lutsen Lodge

mile 90.1

Lutsen Resort was established in the 1880s and the main lodge was built in the 1940s. Unfortunately this historical gem burnt down in 1949 and 1951 but was rebuilt to the same plan in 1952 and stood until February 6, 2024 when it burnt again. Rebuilding options are being considered.

at this time you cannot drive down to the site.
