the northern lights are likely to be out!

Look to the sky at in the early morning hours (1am to dawn) on Tuesday July 30 and again at dusk. A nice size geomagnetic storm will begin Monday, July 29, but much of the peak will be during daylight hours. Since storms can change, you can start looking Monday night and stay out later Tuesday night, too!

This forecast is for everywhere north of Duluth across the entire state of Minnesota.
