Event Description
The small community of Hovland is filled with large group of artists. Painters, beaders, wood carvers, crafters, knitters, bakers, musicians, weavers, basket makers, knife makers, and those who use what is in nature to create and inspire their work.
Held in the little town hall and overflowing outside, the Fair is a social gathering where you can meet the artist, learn about their craft and buy items for yourself and for gifts for the holiday season. They always have gorgeous fresh pine wreaths and a variety of ornaments.
It’s a little out of the way – 20 miles north of Grand Marais – and a whole lot worth it.
